I've decided to keep a blog this year, to keep all my friends and family up-to-date as I make my way through my first year as a college professor. Any classic student stories - I'll share them. Disasters of my own making in the classroom - they'll go on here, too. I'm hoping that this won't turn into a site devoted to complaining and venting, rather just a way for me to keep in touch with everyone and let you all know how I'm doing as I make my transition from student to grown-up.
